Hello there again, its time for my second review, and the title is most definitely appropriate for the game. Cards Against Humanity is by all definitions, a Card game, and it is sure as hell a game against humanity, offensive doesn't even begin to describe it with cards ranging from cruel, to funny to downright disgraceful, and to be perfectly honest I'm surprised the game hasn't been banned everywhere. I have played this game with four people and two people and so I will review both as if they are entirely different games rather than different ways of playing. Now, a quick note on this game was that I came into it with a neutral perspective rather than assuming it was crap outright, a rarity for me, but at least I was justified.
The game has two kinds of cards, black cards and white cards, black cards are sentences and white cards are to go in the gap. Each person gets 10 white cards (4 people) or 5 cards (Two people) and someone draws the black card reads it out and each person plays a card to fit in the gaps in the sentence... So there are the reviews, no onto the game.
Starting off with two player, I played the game with my friend Kate over at The Teen Aspect (Third Advertisement for her blog, it is really good!) and it was entertaining to say the least and although we didn't get any really bad cards we got a few bad ones, in order to decide the winner we mutually decided and it worked pretty well.
I also played 4 player with my family and in that, we got offensive cards, very offensive and the game was hilarious for it, I highly recommend playing the game with someone who is not very offensive and therefore you wouldn't expect it from.
Overall, if your looking for a game to kill an hour or two with some laughs, or to lose a few friends on the run up to their Birthdays/Christmas because your a bit short of cash, this is the game for you, it will last you a very long time for its absurdly large number of cards and it is well worth its price tag.
8/10
